Real Estate Receptionist/Front Office Manager
About the Position
By joining our team you will be the first point of contact at the front office and you will work with all members of our team to ensure the day to day operations of our business run smoothly. You will be the key communication link between the sales and property management departments. To be considered for this role you should be an energetic and enthusiastic person who has a willingness to learn and prides themselves on their excellent communication skills and personal presentation.

On a daily basis, the successful candidate will be:

Handling incoming calls and redirecting
Answering enquiries, liaising to find relevant staff contacts or taking messages
Greeting staff and visitors
Management of stationary and supplies
Assisting with Sales Support tasks
Ad-hoc tasks and projects
Skills Required
Ideally you should have:

Exceptional organisational skills
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior staff
Intermediate computer skills and an understanding of Microsoft applications
Previous experience in a reception role
Exceptional work ethic and reliability
Initiative and ability to work both in an unsupervised environment and as part of a team
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to prioritise workload and requests
Ability to exercise initiative and discretion
Possess well developed problem solving and customer service skills

Client Relationship Manager
About the Position
This is a unique role where you will be totally responsible for the management of a growing portfolio of centrally located properties. Your focus will be managing the relationships of clients within the portfolio and exceeding management KPIs within your portfolio.

Ideally you will have REST experience and an open mind to new technologies and the ability to work well within a structured team environment. Excellent time management and organisational skills are also required to enable you to grow within the role.

This position requires you to be a self-driven personality with a mature approach, highly organised, articulate and well presented. A Certificate of Registration, motor vehicle and current drivers licence are required.
