Naturally, sales are trending below the 10 year average, however, here with First National we've experienced exceptionally strong end of the financial year. We have certainly experience a lot more properties that are coming to the market and this is in line with the Sydney trends. It must be remembered, however, that if you are buying and selling in the same market, it truly all swings around about and it doesn't matter what the market's doing.
Wollongong market experienced exceptional growth for the past 4-5 years, however, as we have experienced a cooling market the former has not been as strong as the Sydney market. The beach side suburbs in the Wollongong Illawarra area have remained very very strong and it certainly as to a growing market. Well it's tax time if you are in investment property and certainly on a verge to have manage by a professional property managers these managers can produced reports for your accountant that will greatly increase your return at tax time and also reduce the other paper trial that you will be required and the agents are fully text adaptable.
